Medicare Plus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Provider Relations Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers to drive network growth and partnership opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our healthcare network in a vibrant and growing market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.,Build and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities to ensure seamless integration into our network.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for network expansion and partnership development.,Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of provider relations initiatives.,Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.,Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.,Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in healthcare provider relations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in provider relations, business development, or a related field in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including healthcare networks, reimbursement models, and provider contracts.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
