📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire payroll process, including data entry, processing, and distribution.
• Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Manage payroll software, such as Oracle Payroll and SAP, to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and correct any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Provide payroll-related training and support to employees and management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in payroll management.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports to provide insights and support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Certification in payroll processing, such as CPA or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), is a plus.
• Proficient in using payroll software, including Oracle Payroll and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
