📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of Kindee Thai Restaurant & Cafe, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage a team of staff, providing training, motivation, and performance evaluations to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a consistent supply of high-quality ingredients.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Promote the Kindee Thai Restaurant & Cafe brand, both internally and externally, to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry.
• A strong understanding of Thai cuisine and culinary trends.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems, such as QuickBooks or similar, and familiarity with inventory management software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
