📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of mining projects, ensuring they meet financial and operational targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive portfolio growth and profitability.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Oversee financial management using SAP and Oracle, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Monitor and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mining portfolio management, with a proven track record of success.
• In-depth knowledge of mining operations, financial management, and risk assessment.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Oracle for financial management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in Risk Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
