Inventory & Administrative Executive - Logistics & Warehouse Management

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Administrative Executive to oversee warehouse operations and ensure smooth administrative processes in our Badung facility. As an Inventory & Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, organizing warehouse operations, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and receipt of inventory.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control processes and procedures.
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and record keeping.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the team in achieving operational and administrative goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
