HR Manager (Manufacturing - Japanese Speaker)

Trust Recruit is seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager with fluency in Japanese to join a prominent manufacturing firm located in Cikarang Selatan. As the HR Manager, you will serve as a vital link between the Japanese management team and local operations, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with company objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with Japanese managers to implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and values. Additionally, you will oversee training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Serve as a key liaison between the Japanese management team and local operations, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and values.
• Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage HR costs and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in Japanese language, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or BambooHR.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
