📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify training needs through data analysis, employee feedback, and performance metrics.
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules using platforms like Moodle and LinkedIn Learning.
• Collaborate with managers to create personalized development plans for employees.
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
• Support the HR team in implementing other talent development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs using various e-learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in learning and development (e.g., SHRM-CP, ATD, or PMP) is a plus.
