PT Cempaka Mandiri is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate complex information in an accessible way.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and other products.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Write and maintain API documentation for developers.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Assist in creating training materials and tutorials for end-users.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareAdobe FrameMaker).Version control systems (e.g.Git).API documentation tools (e.g.SwaggerPostman).Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for creating web-based documentation.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Strong editing and proofreading skills.
