📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure optimal kitchen efficiency.,Collaborate with the head chef to maintain high standards in food preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and execute special events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Valid food handler's certificate.
