📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer needs.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve and exceed them.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions and inventory.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and implement changes as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or similar environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of retail best practices and trends.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
