Data Root Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of our products. This is a remote position based in Denpasar, Bali, offering a competitive salary package.

As a Distribution Officer, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure that our products are delivered to customers on time and in the best condition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize distribution processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished as needed.
  • Track and analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all distribution activities.
  • Provide regular reports to management on the status of distribution activities.
  • Work with the team to develop and implement new distribution strategies and processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.
  • Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
