📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of retail sales consultants to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations.,Participate in trade shows and events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using sales software and tools.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
