PT Widya Galih is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in Tuban, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil infrastructure projects.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure project quality.,Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.,Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve project efficiency and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Professional engineering license in Indonesia.,Strong knowledge of civil engineering design and construction principles.,Experience with project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
