As a Lead Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our vessels, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with maritime regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of assigned vessels, ensuring safe and efficient navigation.,Plan and coordinate voyage schedules, including port calls and cargo operations.,Conduct pre-voyage and post-voyage inspections to ensure vessel compliance with safety and environmental regulations.,Monitor and report on vessel performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance requirements.,Lead and mentor the deck crew, fostering a safe and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with international maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Coordinate with shore-based teams and other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations and crew performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner Certificate (MM) or equivalent.,Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with international maritime laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

🛠️ Keahlian

Advanced knowledge of navigation systems and equipment.Experience with cargo operations and handling.Understanding of environmental regulations and best practices.Proficiency in using maritime software and tools.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
