📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations of the company.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Manage the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
