📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and handling grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other documentation.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and databases.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
