📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and plan civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including progress reports, cost estimates, and final project reports.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate them into your work.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance on all construction sites.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive on construction sites.
