📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions by processing orders and providing information to customers.,Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and sales floor.,Assist in stock management by ensuring adequate supplies of products and restocking when necessary.,Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, cash handling, and customer service.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.,Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of cash handling and sales transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
