As an Accounts Executive at Happy Fish Swim School in Canggu, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, working closely with our team to ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll handle everything from invoicing and accounts payable to financial reporting and budgeting, using tools like QuickBooks and Xero.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including invoicing, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
• Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to stakeholders, including management and external auditors.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support the strategic growth of the swim school.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial support to the operations team, including payroll and expense management.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting practices and technologies to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a multilingual environment is a bonus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
