PT Pancaran Sri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Control professional to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct regular inspections and tests to monitor product quality and identify areas for improvement.,Lead quality improvement initiatives and projects to enhance product quality and reduce defects.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff to ensure consistent quality standards across the organization.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update quality control documentation, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective action plans.,Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulations, and certifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a similar role in a manufacturing or service-oriented environment.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Proven experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Ability to analyze data and interpret quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.,Valid certification in quality control, such as Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), is a plus.
