🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and business partnering, with a proven track record of delivering strategic financial solutions.,Strong knowledge of financial management, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A).,Proven experience in leading and managing finance teams, with a focus on driving business performance and growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business partners.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.,Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
