ION Dinamis is looking for a Senior Inventory Staff to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and a keen eye for detail. This position is based in Ambon, but the candidate can be located elsewhere. The salary range for this position is Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 4.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's inventory system to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to verify the accuracy of the inventory records.,Manage the ordering and receiving of inventory items, ensuring that all items are properly documented and accounted for.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that inventory items are properly allocated and used.,Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all inventory management policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to junior inventory staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
