📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and tax returns.,Provide expert tax advice and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.,Lead and mentor junior finance and accounting staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.,Stay updated with the latest financial and tax regulations and best practices.,Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.,Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in Accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
