Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Manage the payroll process and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the financial performance of the organization.,Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process.,Manage the financial relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and auditors.,Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
