In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring our digital products and services reach their full potential. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales and business goals.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the digital industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
