📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses and developing job descriptions,Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels,Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish,Maintaining a strong network with potential candidates and industry contacts,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process,Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluent in Indonesian and English
