📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on railway systems, including tracks, signals, and related equipment.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues with railway systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of railway infrastructure.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize system performance.
• Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Participate in projects to upgrade and modernize railway systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in railway maintenance and engineering.
• Certification in railway systems maintenance (e.g., from the Railway Technical Research Institute, RTRI).
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of railway systems, including tracks, signals, and related equipment.
• Experience with railway safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
