📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and develop training materials such as manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers to understand their training needs and provide solutions.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage and maintain the company's learning management system (LMS).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
