📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Collaborate with other branches to share best practices and improve overall performance.,Assist in the development of marketing and promotional activities for the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
