📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide financial support to the management team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure the timely preparation of financial statements.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the efficient use of financial resources and the achievement of financial goals.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and ensure its adherence to the company's financial plan.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to deadlines.
