Smart Moon Mandiri is seeking a dedicated Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from the office and from home. If you are passionate about logistics and customer satisfaction, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to customers.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to meet customer demands.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock.,Develop and implement strategies to improve distribution efficiency and reduce delivery times.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and performance metrics.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences.,Resolve any issues related to product distribution and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements in the logistics industry.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
