The Bangka Belitung Provincial Government is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Religious Development to join our team in Pangkal Pinang. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for religious programs and initiatives.
• Oversee the coordination and management of religious events and activities.
• Foster partnerships with religious institutions, community organizations, and government agencies.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of religious programs on community development.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and religious guidelines.
• Represent the provincial government at religious conferences and events.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the Religious Development team.
• Advocate for the integration of religious values in community development projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies, Theology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in religious development and community engagement.
• Proven track record of successful program implementation and management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with government policies and procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid certification in Religious Studies or a related field.
