The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company needs.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.,Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain and update job postings and recruitment materials to attract qualified candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a positive start to their journey with the company.,Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team in managing the recruitment calendar and tracking recruitment metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a pharmaceutical or related industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
