📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote our products and services.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets and objectives.,Provide training and support to sales teams to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends to management.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the sales process are covered.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or medical representation, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry is a plus.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
