Express Central Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Deputy Cashier Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the cashier in handling customer transactions, managing cash flow, and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the cashier in processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Manage cash flow by counting and balancing cash at the end of each shift.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.,Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including the cash register and surrounding workspace.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members as needed.,Keep accurate records of all transactions and report any discrepancies to the cashier or manager.,Participate in inventory management tasks, such as restocking products and ensuring shelves are well-stocked.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.,Proficiency in using a computer and basic software applications.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
