Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors,Maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Assist in inventory management and ordering,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly,Work collaboratively with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations,Maintain a clean and organized work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in cash handling or customer service roles,Strong mathematical and computational skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with basic healthcare terminology,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures,Good physical health and stamina to stand for long periods
