📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and software.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.,Support end-users with IT-related queries and problems.,Ensure the security and integrity of the IT infrastructure.,Document system configurations and procedures for future reference.,Participate in regular system backups and recovery processes.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and upgrades.,Provide technical support for remote and on-site users.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.,Experience with network protocols and tools (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).,Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).,Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
