📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring the achievement of branch targets.,Coordinate with department heads to plan, organize, and control branch activities.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to the Branch Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch efficiency and productivity.,Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide guidance and support to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a similar organization.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Good understanding of financial management and reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
