📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations and strategic planning.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.,Translate documents and communications between Indonesian and Mandarin Chinese.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.,Support the General Manager in representing the company in meetings and negotiations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency.,Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.,Provide support in training and development initiatives for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or administrative role.,Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
