📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks and Xero
- Prepare and submit monthly financial reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support the accounting team in preparing for audits and tax filings
- Provide administrative support to the finance department
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
